Supporting Mental Health for Vulnerable Youth

Mental Wellbeing

This training program was designed to provide orphaned children with essential life skills and emotional support all within a safe, engaging, and empowering environment. Over the course of six days, the children participated in a wide range of hands-on activities led by professional trainers and mental health specialists.

At the end, the program not only equipped the children with and emotional tools but also uplifted their sense of self-worth and connection.

"Future Builders Foundation" left a lasting impact on every participant—an impact carried in their minds, hearts, and hands.

Hearts That Speak

In a group session led by a licensed psychologist, children took part in therapeutic activities designed to help them process feelings of anger, fear, and stress.
They engaged in symbolic exercises to identify emotional triggers, build resilience, and develop safe coping mechanisms.
The session strengthened emotional bonds and created a supportive, collective healing space.

Colors of Hope

This training was focused on psychological relief through arts and recycling.
Children created greeting cards filled with personal wishes, letters to loved ones or their future selves, and handmade flowers and stationery items.
This creative process helped them express deep emotions in a safe and non-verbal way, offering both comfort and joy.

Through the mental well-being sessions, emotions surfaced, and the room transformed into a space of compassion and care. The girls supported one another through tears, hugs, and quiet understanding—showing how healing begins when children feel safe and supported. This moment reflects why mental well-being matters. When children are given emotional support and safe spaces, healing begins. These sessions do more than comfort—they help children regain trust, strength, and hope for the future. Your support makes moments like this possible, turning silent pain into shared healing.
