Girls Leadership Project

"I’ve been living in the orphanage since first grade, and this is the first time I’ve ever wished a workshop wouldn’t end." These heartfelt words, spoken by one of the 26 orphaned girls who participated in today’s training, truly capture the essence of a special day.

Held for Islamic Charitable Society orphans, the training focused on leadership and personal development, offering the girls a rare opportunity to step outside the walls of their orphanage. For many of them, whose school shares the same grounds as the orphanage—separated only by a playground—this was not just a workshop, but a much-needed breath of freedom and inspiration. The girls were filled with joy and anticipation on the way to the training center, and their enthusiasm only grew throughout the day. They eagerly engaged in interactive sessions, explored new ideas, and built their confidence through meaningful activities. One girl expressed her happiness at discovering the center’s cultural, artistic, and environmental initiatives, sharing her wish to participate in them regularly.

Boys Leadership Project

Journey of Self-Discovery

The program began with a life skills and personality development session.
The children explored their strengths, dreams, and identities through interactive activities aimed at building confidence and self-expression.
This session laid the foundation for trust, communication, and a strong sense of self-awareness.
